Walking in Trust
π Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Sometimes we want to see the whole road before we take the next step.
We want answers.
We want certainty.
We want to know exactly how God is going to work everything out.
Yet faith has never been about seeing the entire path.
Faith is taking the next step while holding the Father's hand.
There are seasons when the road seems clear and beautiful, and there are seasons when we can barely see beyond today. In both seasons, God's instruction remains the same:
Trust Me.
Not because we understand everything.
Not because we have all the answers.
But because He is faithful.
The Lord sees what we cannot see.
He knows what is around every corner.
He is already working in places we have not yet reached.
When we acknowledge Him in all our ways—our plans, our worries, our dreams, and even our uncertainties—we place ourselves in the care of the One who never loses His way.
Today, whatever is on your heart, give it to Him.
Trust Him with the next step.
Trust Him with the unanswered questions.
Trust Him with the future.
The God who guides the stars is more than able to guide you.
πΈ Reflection
What is one area of your life where God is asking you to trust Him more today?
π Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for being faithful even when I cannot see the whole path ahead. Help me to trust You with all my heart and not lean on my own understanding. Teach me to acknowledge You in every part of my life and to rest in the assurance that You are directing my steps.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.
